No business can survive without good contact with its customers and a web based system is pretty vulnerable in that area. For that reason we are vary keen for you to contact us with your ideas, thoughts, questions and, not least, concerns. Surprising how things gather perspective with a bit of dialog.
Our first and favourite form of contact is through our e-mail link info@kiwinordic.com . Now a lot of you have probably had the same experience as me and not had a reply when using these "no-name" e-mail solutions. I can guarantee you that I will get back to you ASAP through this channel.
If you are really keen you can always give us a ring. However there are a couple of things to think about first. One is the cost of a call to us here in Sweden. I ring home to my family on a fairly regular basis and, while I wouldn't not ring mum because of the cost (and 'cause I be in deep you what if I didn't!), it still bites at the billing end. The other thing is the time difference - somewhere between 10 and 13 hours depending ion the time of year. God knows this Kiwi needs his beauty sleep so try and call before 11 am NZ time. After that time I can't guarantee the reception you get!
