EKA Butcher Set. A professional set of knive comprising of the EKA gut opener, a 16 cm skinning knife, a 15 cm boning knife and a 13 cm butcher knife. The soft grip Santoprene handles give a good grip even during the messy work. The steel is high quality stainless steel for ultimate strength and excellent sharpness.

The set is delivered with two double polyeten sheaths that can be strapped around the waist for easy access and safe storage of the knives when at work. The sheaths are wrapped in a handy nylon storage cover.
